  I booked a week from 29 May 2014 via ASDA Travel, arrived at the reception at 21:00 only to find the reception closed.

  The reason we booked the Los Veleros was that my friend had booked a hotel nearby and was about to celebrate his 50th and that we were going to surprise him, now we are the other side of the mountain and had to keep getting taxis to get there.

  When we arrived he said that the Los Veleros was closed for refurbishment (thanks for letting us know) and the the Rio Sol was a nicer hotel.

  This I did only to find the person on the other end of the phone was not expecting my call and said it would take him 20 minutes to get to me, 7 minutes later the same person calls me on my mobile and tells me that he was sending a taxi to pick us up and take us to the Rio Sol.
