  However, the pool area is fab, the food is fabulous - great quality and variety and the fact you can take drinks to your room was a great help! Also, the staff are very, very friendly - especially the waiters in the restaurant. I would recommend it for people with older kids more.

  Definitely a 3star hotel that has seen its best days. Average food and service. Sadly short of 4star standards.

  I stayed at this hotel with my friend and her 2-year old girl, and I have to say the facilities weren't great for little kids. First of all, when we first got there they put us in a room that had stairs and a drop which was far too dangerous for us to stay in with the toddler - even though they knew we were coming with a child and so they made more work for themselves finding us another room and it meant us having to wait hours for another room just as we had arrived. They had a mini disco at night but it was exactly the same the whole week without a change in music or theme and they have a crèche but only for 5 years and up.

  The hotel is ment to be a 4 star hotel. However this is not true. The food is tasting nice, but to less variety. Borrowing salads. Breakfast is the same and same. And no cereals at all. The cleaning at the pool area is lacking. No body is emptying the tables and they are not cleaned during the day. All in all the hotel seems to be a bit under manned in more places.

  Good variety of food each day including healthy options. Staff friendly and helpful. It's up a steep hill and lots of steps or lifts up to rooms. Hotel courtesy buses take you to the beach or to nearby Mogan free (taxi €18). Nothing much locally, so Mogan is a good option. If you're a coffee fan, take your own - the hotel coffee is awful. Entertainment each evening if you like that kind of thing, but no alternative lounge if you don't. Dec 2017 the coastal road to Mogan is closed, you need to use main roads. Hotel is fine if you just want to eat, sunbathe and chill out. And if you do visit nearby Mogan, take a trip on the yellow submarine, it's amazing. See attached photo.

  Wonderfully welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Accomodation good, lifts and stairs (or ramps) not a problem (and I have mobility difficulties). Food good, something for all tastes. Will definitely come back here.
